This one-day, in-home visit is for when you need answers you can trust—not another spiral of conflicting opinions. Whether it’s newborn care, feeding, sleep, or just trying to feel human again, I’ll help you find your rhythm—because running on empty isn’t the plan.

As a Registered Nurse, Neuroprotective Developmental Care Practitioner, Counsellor, and Postpartum Doula, I bring expert-backed, straight-talking support right to your door. No fluff. No judgement. Just care that actually changes things.

What You’ll Get:

Pre-Visit Chat (20 minutes):
We’ll start with a quick call to talk through what’s on your mind—beyond the sleep deprivation. It’s your space to set the focus, ask questions, and name what you need most right now.

In-Home Doula Support (4 hours)

This is where the real support kicks in. I’ll meet you in your space and help with whatever you need most, including:

  • Newborn care: Nappy changes, baby baths, soothing, reading cues—feel more confident in the everyday.

  • Feeding support: Breast, chest, bottle, or combo—whatever works for you. Let’s make it easier.

  • Sleep without stress: What’s normal, what’s not, and how to create rhythms that work (without sleep training).

  • Postpartum recovery: Physical shifts (lochia, perineal care), emotional shifts (baby blues, identity wobbles)—we’ll cover what’s real.

  • Relationship reset: Let’s talk connection, communication, and how to navigate the “we” inside the new “us.”

  • Getting to know your baby: From temperament to sensory needs, I’ll help you tune in and respond with confidence.

  • Emotional support: A safe, non-judgemental space to talk it out, cry it out, or just be.

  • Hands-free parenting: I’ll rock, hold, and settle your baby while you rest, eat, or exhale.

  • Household basics: Need help with laundry, meal prep, or tidying? I’ve got you.

  • Postpartum organisation: Let’s streamline your space—feeding stations, nappy setups, whatever helps you feel in control.

By the end of our time together, you’ll feel more human, less alone—and closer to the version of you buried beneath the noise, the pressure, and the daily demands. A little steadier. A little more seen. A little more at home in yourself.

Post-Session Support

I’ll follow up with tailored resources, trusted referrals, and next steps that make sense for you—so you leave with clarity, not questions. The kind of support that sticks with you, helps you breathe easier, and keeps working long after I’ve walked out the door.
